To book an appointment;
Collection service. Since Why Not Fix started we have provided a collection service for customers who do not drive or have medical issues. We currently operate this service covering from Dover to Ashford and down to the Marshes, please book an appointment and we will try to accommodate you.
We can only repair iPhones outside your house/premises and only certain issues e.g. screens, batteries, message to confirm.
We offer a come to you service – Whether that be your home or workplace. Making sure we are also safely, following within Covid-19 social distancing guidelines. We find this to be our most popular option as it offers complete flexible for you.
Another option is our drop off service – Drop your device off to us and pick it up, whenever is most convenient for you! Making sure we are also safely, following within Covid-19 social distancing guidelines.
You will need to contact us and book an appointment first and the device will need to be bought to our workshop at: unit xx Shearway Business Park Folkestone CT18 xxx
We are happy if you find it easier to post us your device; please book via the “Book Appointment” button, making it clear you wish to post to us, all devices will be posted back Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed to be with you by 1pm the following day and covers device up to £500.00, but if you need more cover we can arrange.
